Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 1 to 2 working days to process.

You can check the progress of your order by visiting the Order Status page after it's shipped. The type of notification you receive depends on the contact information they entered during checkout. If you enter your phone number during checkout, you'll receive a text message order confirmation. If you enter your email address during checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by order and shipping updates. Order and shipping updates are not sent via SMS. To track your order on the Order Status page, you can log in to your Shopify account. If the customer wants to confirm their identity after a certain period of time, customers without an account may need to verify their email and phone number, as well as the order number, before they can view order details. Customers can find the order number in the order confirmation message they received via email or phone number.
